A Visit to Della Adventure Resort and Park in Lonavala

In this post, I am going to share my experience with you about my visit to Della Adventure Resort and Park, Tiger Point and Bushi Dam which is in Lonavala.

If you are looking for a weekend getaway place nearby Mumbai and Pune which offers fun and adventure activities to do? Then head to Della Adventure Resort and Park.

Situated at a popular hill station Della Adventure Resort and Park makes a perfect to have fun a fun-filled day with friends and family.

If you are planning a trip to Della Adventure, I would suggest you plan in such a way so that you cover more places on the same day as I did.

Below is the list of places which I visited with my friends in a day:

  • Tiger Point: 8 am to 9 am
  • Bushi Dam: 9:15 to 10:30 am
  • Della Adventure: 11 am to 9 pm

Visit Tiger Point

Della Aventure opens its gate for visitors after 11, we planned to visit Tiger Point in Lonavala which is another good spot to visit.

We left from Mumbai around 7 am in the morning and reached tiger point around 8 am.

I was really excited as it was my first visit to Tiger Point. The point offers an amazing view from the top and it is a perfect location for selfie and photography.

This is how it looks from Tiger point:

As I went during the winter season the area around hill was covered by fog which you rarely get to see in a city like Mumbai.

Bushi Dam

Most of the people from Mumbai and Pune visit Bushi Dam during monsoon season but you can visit in any season.

We stayed there for an hour and after having some fun with a group we left fo Della Adventure Resort around 10:30 am.

Once we reach Della Adventure, we went to booking lounge and booked tickets at the counter.

It took more time to get tickets because there was a rush because of the weekend.

At the counter, we were given a map of the park as we get in Essel World and Imagica Adlabs which contains all the information about the different zones and activities about Della Adventure resort.

Once we entered the Della Adventure activities area after taking tickets, it was like a roller coaster ride for me and my friends.

About Della Adventure

Della Adventure Resort & Park is one of the biggest adventure and resort park in India with 5-star luxury amenities and lots of adventure activities to do.

You will never get adventure activities as they have in any resort and parks in India.

Apart from this, they offer amenities such as banquets, nightclub, resorts, restaurants, spa & salon.

During your visit, I would recommend you to choose the tickets according to the activities you are interested as they have more than 50 adventurous activities to do.

They have divided activities in 7 zones which consists of Jumbo Exclusive, Zone A, Zone B, Zone C, Gaming Zone, Zone E, and Zone F.

I will cover all the things about Della Adventure such as tickets price, adventure activities, restaurants, and more.

Della Adventure Resort Ticket Price

Price of the ticket is on the basis of the pass you choose. There are two types of pass available for Della Adventure: Jumbo and Day Pass.

Types of PassTicket Price
Jumbo PassRs 5500 + GST
Day Pass (Adult)Rs 2200 + GST
Day Pass (Kids & Senior Citizen) Rs 1500 + GST

However, we choose “Day Pass” because the price of “Jumbo Pass” was out of our budget.

Difference Between Jumbo Pass and Day Pass

The only difference between both the pass is that “Day Pass” does not contain “Jumbo Exclusive” activities which are included in Jumbo Pass.

Where To Buy Della Adventure Tickets?

You can buy tickets for Della Adventure online or directly at the ticket counter in the resort.

I would recommend you to book tickets online in advance as it will save time at the ticket counter as there is a rush during the weekend.

Apart from this, you can also avail discount by booking online which you won’t get when you book at the ticket counter.

Adventure Activites To Do

As listed on their website, there are more than 50 activities to do at Della Adventure Resort and Park.

As we chose “Jumbo Pass” we enjoyed all the activities which were available to access as few activities were under maintenance.
